PROJECT MANAGER

Tallahassee, FL

Fitzgerald Collaborative Group, LLC is looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager to join our Tallahassee Architecture studio. Our next team member will have previous experience in a variety of projects, preferably including higher education, K-12, civic, and mixed use; be technically proficient in AutoCAD, and will oversee projects from start to finish.

 Ideally, you will have:

  • 5+ years of managing civic, mixed use and higher education projects

  • Experience with full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small-to-midsize projects

  • Experience actively manages client and internal budgets, schedules, and programs including:

    • Project communications and documentation

    • Office administrative tasks

    • Project team assignments

  • Experience estimating fees, determining scope of work, and preparing proposals and contracts

  • Ability to manage multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including coordination with other project consultants

  • Collaborative Skills and Team Mentality

  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills

 

Additional Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program

  • Architect license a plus, but not required

  • 5+ years of relevant architectural project management experience.

  • Technical expertise required

  • Knowledge of building codes and standards required

  • Proficiency with Adobe and Blue Beam required

  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD preferred

  • Additional software knowledge in Sketch up and Photoshop are a plus

  • Travel to client sites is required. Travel to other regions for projects may be required on an as-needed basis

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Fitzgerald Collaborative Group, LLC is looking for and experienced Licensed Architect and Project Leader to join our Tallahassee Architecture studio. Our next team member will have previous experience in a variety of projects, preferably including higher education, civic, mixed-use; be technically proficient in BIM modelling, and will oversee development and delivery of projects from start to finish.

 

Preferably, you will have:

  • 8+ years of leading civic, mixed use and higher education projects

  • Coordinating consultants and construction administration

  • Enjoys managing client relationships and providing excellent service

  • Experience leading projects from start to finish including:

    • Programming and Design Development

    • Construction documentation

    • Construction administration

    • Project Close-out

  • Experience creating project schedules, and managing budgets, both project and internal

  • Ability to manage multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including coordination with other project consultants

  • Strong understanding of all aspects of delivering a successful project

  • Collaborative Skills and Team Mentality

  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills

 

Additional Qualifications include:

  • Licensed Architect

  • Technical and Design expertise required

Fitzgerald Collaborative Group, LLC is looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our growing Interiors Design studio in the Atlanta office. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, organization, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will be well versed in the design and implementation of contract interiors, and have experience in conceptual design, space planning, design development, material selection, furniture selection and contract documents.

 

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative Project Manager with a very strong background in interiors who is passionate about great design and is looking to significantly improve the performance of our clients through a creative and collaborative process. He/ She/They will work in a multidisciplinary design team to develop breakthrough ideas and creative solutions for our projects.

The Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and exposure to a variety of project types. We are a young, vibrant firm with deep experience in aviation, civic, education, and corporate office projects for some of the nation’s largest corporations.

We are a high-paced design studio comprised of a combination of interior designers, architectural designers, and environmental designers, engaged in creating exceptional environments and customer experiences.   • Strong Revit, Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Newforma skills desirable
