This renovation project is located on the first and second level of the Ghazvini Center to expand the Nursing Program. TSC outgrew their existing facility and expanded the bulk of the new program into the existing auditorium. The renovated auditorium on level two houses approximately 3,530 SF of new simulation labs, control rooms, small simulation rooms and a debriefing room that required selective demolition of partitions, fixed seats, finishes, ceiling, and fixtures. Simulated headwall units are live and connected to medical gas. Level two also consists of the conversion of an outdoor storage room to a nursing lab, additional debriefing rooms, storage, renovation of the security office and the conversion of two study rooms into virtual simulation labs for another approximate 2,300 SF of renovated space. Level one classrooms and labs consist of approximately 4,600 SF of renovations for a total of over 10,000 SF.
