PATRICK BALLASCH, AIA, LEED AP

Pat is a principal and design architect for the firm. A graduate of the University of Florida, he participated in the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Vicenza, Italy. His design work has been recognized on the local and state levels with many honor awards from the American Institute of Architects and other organizations.

Throughout his 35+ year career, Pat has brough design excellence and leadership to a variety of market sectors including K12 and Higher Education, Civic and Community, Healthcare, Industrial, Recreational, Retail, Master Planning and Residential. 

CHARLES CLARY, III, FAIA

Charlie’s perspective not only as an architect but as a former Florida State Senator brings an added dimension to his involvement with our clients.


Throughout his nearly 50-year career, Charlie has contributed to the architectural profession and to the State of Florida’s legislative process, and his efforts have been recognized by numerous professional service awards. As the founding principal, he is involved in overseeing all of the firm’s higher education projects that focus on student housing, classroom and academic facilities, and sports. 

ROGER GODWIN, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP 

Roger serves as principal, design architect, and lead interior designer for the firm with over 40 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to work with some of the leading corporations and real estate professionals in the southeast, including Bank of America, Towers Perrin, King & Spalding, Newell Rubbermaid, and UPS, among others. Roger is a resident expert in design thinking and industry trends, including corporate interiors and live-learn environments.
