Led by prominent developer, North American Properties, the Cascades Mixed-Use Development, spanning two full city blocks, represents the largest private development in downtown Tallahassee in decades.  The Cascades project sits proudly on the edge of Cascades Park, a beautiful multimillion-dollar public park complete with an amphitheater and walking trails.

The development offers market-rate apartments, retail, Class A office, and restaurant space, as well as an AC Marriott hotel.  The project also includes a public plaza and historic memorial, honoring significant local history. Phase Two is contemplated to complete the development, with two additional mixed-use buildings.

As part of the mixed-use development team, we provided master planning, community engagement for the Historic Plaza and Civil Rights Memorial, as well as design support for the apartment complex design.
