The gym new construction includes all works associated with the lobby, ADA compliant restrooms, concessions, ticket booth, required spaces (custodial, HVAC, and electrical), update gym lighting, fire sprinkler protection for the gym, building 4,and building 9, additional civil, gym door replacement, new roof for existing walkway canopy and lobby, and new retrofit roof for gymnasium.
