As a part of a joint venture team, we designed a live-learn facility for a central Florida university. Our team developed two design schemes. Models were built to show the scale of the facility in relation to the rest of the campus. This facility is considered a student life center and would include a food court, fitness center, game room, community area, convenience store, visitor center, theater, game room, lounges, meeting rooms, classrooms, offices, a plaza, green roof and dorms. One scheme is positioned to allow for a great lawn that would enhance the outdoor environment.
