DAVID BOND, AIA, NCARB

David Bond has led high-profile projects for renowned developers around the globe.​ At Fitzgerald Collaborative, he guides clients through complex projects with strong leadership and diligence and is committed to making thoughtful design decisions that maintain order or have meaning.

​

David’s passion for humanizing the built environment has led to innovative and award-winning design solutions, ranging from building form to lighting design to cladding systems. David believes every answer to design exists in nature, so he finds inspiration everywhere.

​

David’s talent and design philosophy can be seen at the Taikang Community Shen Garden, a retirement facility in Shanghai, China. This space infuses nature as a significant design component, resulting in lifestyle-type environments that elevate multigenerational well-being. Projects he has contributed to have received numerous accolades, including the BIM Modeling Awards, the CMAA 2020 Private Building New Construction Greater Than $100M award, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2020 Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards, and an AIA Georgia Gold Medal. 

 

David earned his degree from the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

KENNY JACOB, AIA, LEED AP, CSI

Kenny Jacob is a seasoned architect with a proven track record in the industry. With four decades of experience, he has built a career that showcases a diverse portfolio that includes healthcare, education, commercial, and residential architecture. Some impactful projects he contributed to include the Mayo Destination Medical Building in Jacksonville, Florida, the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, and Magnolia Elementary School in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Respected for his skill in design, client interaction, and project management, Kenny has demonstrated success in leading design and production teams through multimillion-dollar projects. He’s led multiple large-scale, fast-track projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to corporate objectives. With a focus on customer satisfaction, Kenny excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously and provides tailored solutions to meet diverse needs.

Kenny earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University.

CHRIS ROBINSON, NCARB

Chris Robinson’s career spans more than 25 years, during which he has been instrumental in shaping new urbanist communities across the Southeast and has contributed to pattern books, master planning, design reviews, and compliance inspections. At Fitzgerald Collaborative, he continues to shape the environment with his unique blend of experience and vision.

​

A proud Florida native and graduate of Leon High School, Chris has deep roots in Tallahassee, where he has spent much of his life. His career path extends across commercial and residential spheres, starting with a diverse portfolio of retail and corporate projects throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire.

​

Since returning to Tallahassee, Chris has focused on K-12, higher education, and redevelopment projects, leaving an indelible mark on the architectural landscape of his hometown.

​

Chris earned a Bachelor's in Architecture from Auburn University.

CONNER A. SMITH, IIDA, ASSOCIATE AIA

Conner A. Smith is a natural-born leader, well-versed in interior design, architecture, and urban design.

​

His recent experiences include a transit-oriented development for Atlanta’s MARTA system, a ground-up corporate headquarters for Reeves Young, a renovation and expansion of a community grocery and café in a food desert, and numerous tenant improvement interior design projects for corporations such as Rogers Electric, McCarthy Building Companies, McKinsey & Company, and regional utility provider Southern Company Gas.

​

Conner’s passion for his career grew deeply as a graduate student at Atlanta’s Georgia Institute of Technology, where he took on leadership roles on several student projects and secured multiple honorable mentions at the Urban Land Institute’s National Hines Student Competition, an annual national urban-design competition.  

​

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University and his Master’s in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he served for two years as a graduate student adviser.

MIN JUNG KIM, ASSOCIATE AIA, LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE

Min Jung Kim is a talented and internationally recognized architect who brings two decades of architecture design and management experience from her work in South Korea and the United States.

​

Min Jung specializes in commercial architecture and has a diverse portfolio that includes a range of projects, from large-scale mixed-use developments to manufacturing facilities and office buildings. At Fitzgerald Collaborative, her notable contributions include renovations at the Nursing Simulation Laboratory at Florida A&M University and master planning initiatives such as Frenchtown Quarters. Her passion for innovation and dedication to quality consistently shines through in her work, delivering impactful solutions for clients.

​

Min Jung earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Hanyang University in South Korea and a Master of Architecture from Florida A&M University.

REINALDO RIVERA

ASSOCIATE

Reinaldo Rivera is a highly experienced designer and project manager whose broad expertise enhances the work at Fitzgerald Collaborative. His portfolio spans a wide array of sectors, including government, higher education, multifamily housing, student housing, office spaces, aviation, and industrial developments.

​

Among his notable contributions are key projects like the Amazon Logistics Hub Distribution Center, The Knox at Buice Lake Multi-Family Building, and the Reception Battalion Complex at Fort Jackson.

​

Reinaldo holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Adaptive Preservation and Conservation from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
