For this study, we anticipated the facility would function as a multi-purpose assembly and performance venue serving the needs of Artists, performers and event coordinators in the metro area. The primary project scope consisted of renovating the existing facility and adding to the building footprint to accommodate the Performance Studio, expanding the exterior Patio, and adding an exterior canopy at the main entries.
