As part of a joint venture, we renovated 58,607 square feet of the Tallahassee International Airport and developed the International Passenger Processing Facility (IPPF).

The IPPF includes a new Federal Inspection Services (FIS) facility with the capacity to process 200 passengers per hour, connecting two international arrival gates and a main terminal at the east of existing facilities. 

​

In addition, accommodations for future expansion and additional international passenger flows per hour were designed for the passenger baggage claim and processing areas. 

​

To enhance the international passenger’s experience, we prioritized bright, open and airy space, and a modern, contemporary design.
