TALLAHASSEE MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE URGENT CARE CENTER

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare turned to us for help converting a 6,700 square foot retail location into an Urgent Care Center near Frenchtown, one of Florida’s oldest Black communities, and Florida State University. The Center primarily serves residents and college students.

Our design involved modernizing the existing space to facilitate urgent care and treatments for non-life-threatening conditions while laying the groundwork for future expansion.

The new facility is equipped with exam and procedure rooms, an x-ray room, offices, workstations, a break room, a lobby and waiting space, a telecommunications and IT room, special storage space, and restroom facilities for patients, guests and staff. We also designed the building’s exterior to reflect Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s existing brand while complementing the aesthetics of the surrounding community.
